Introduction:

SmartAir Patented Air Purification Technology is a system that provides proven Air Purification in the inflow duct, air handling unit and central discharge duct. The SmartAir Patented Air Purification Technology was introduced to clean the indoor polluted air. The purification destroys microorganism and reduces illnesses caused by breathing polluted air. Those illnesses include lung cancer, heart disease, stroke, acute respiratory infections, and chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases such as bronchitis and emphysema.

Functionality:

SmartAir Patented Air Purification Technology utilizes two technological mechanisms: Physical Technologies and Biomedical Technologies.

  • Physical Technologies
    A UVGI/Laser disinfectant lamp controlled by the programmed CPU installed in the inflow duct, air handling unit and the central ductwork to sterilize and kill germs, bacteria and pathogens. The UVGI/Laser lamp is plugged on all three places or one of the three places depending on the intended results. The efficiency of the UVGI/Laser disinfectant is recorded by the CPU so that it can be replaced as soon as it becomes inefficient. The remote control/Bluetooth/Wi-fi is also used to switch on and off the UVGI/Laser lamps.
  • Biomedical Technologies
    A programmed CPU for discharging a deodorant germ-killing solution into the air handling unit and central ductwork. The CPU receives signal of the concentration and percentage of germs and pathogens in the inflow duct, air handling unit, central ductwork and rooms. A programmed CPU send response to its built in transformer which powers the pump to spray the active deodorant germ-killing solution at the required rate and quantity from the reservoir to the exact location namely the air handling unit and the central ductwork. The deodorant germ-killing solution kills 99,9% of germs. The remote control/Bluetooth/Wifi is also used to switch on/off the germ-killer solution.

How can I monitor the SmartAir technology usage?
SmartAir Technology can be monitored online through our web & mobile applications. By default, clients will have an account created for them on device order and will be provided with username & password to log in and view their room information.

What kind of information is presented by the device?
We’ve made it easier to provide information that can be easily understood by clients. The App will present visual information making use of different types of graphs for easy understanding.

Is the app user friendly?
We made the user experience the focal point of the app. Clients can easily view and manage their information without any complications. The mobile app is also lightweight and does not take much space on devices, which also allows for easy downloads and maintenances.

Can I expect regular updates?
Yes. To stay current with the latest technology and up to date with device software’s and operating system, clients can expect regular app updates and maintenances.

How do I get updates?
We Make use of the notification system on the app to keep clients updated on maintenances and upgrades.

Operational manuals are distributed with all our products. Contact our customer care to request for operational manuals. Please have your order number or serial number ready.

SmartAir Technology is covered by a full manufacturer’s warranty and has a different set of warranty conditions, therefore please be advised to refer to the information below.

General Terms:

  • Product warranty means that the manufacture or seller makes a promise for the free repair warranty with the customer in case of the faulty of quality, performance and function in using the product normally.
  • The product warranty period is estimated based on the purchase date and the confirmation for purchase date is calculated via a product warranty card. If the customer doesn’t have the product warranty card, it will be calculated by the date of 3months has passed from the manufacturing date.
  • The warranty period is not applied when the customer purchases the used item(imitation, Purchase from the electronic shop) and if it’s impossible to repair, SmartAir Technology is not responsible for the compensation for the loss.
  • The warranty will be accomplished based on the contract in case of the product that is provided via the special contract
  • Please refer firstly to the Owner’s Manual to ensure that you have followed all the correct installation and operating procedures.

Warranty Period:

SmartAir Technology carries a 1-year warranty.

The warranty will be void under the following conditions:

  • Customer induced damage, misuse or abuse.
  • No valid or legible POP (proof of purchase) available to prove warranty.
  • Exceptional cases, strikes, acts of God, rioting, lightning, insect infestation, power surges.

  • We require that you provide your original purchase receipt (proof of purchase) to enable you to proceed quickly in the event of a claim.
  • It would also assist us to ensure that the correct repairs are effected, if you provide with the product at the time of your claim, a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
